He served his country proudly during the Korean Conflict, The Berlin Crisis, and The Cuban Missile Crisis, along with additional deployments during his years in the military.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, sons, Luther Andrew and Thomas Josiah, Jr.; and a sister, Ruth Ann. Josephine attended school and graduated from Arlington High School in 1943. Thomas was born January 31, 1943 at Piqua, Ohio, the son of Joseph and Irene Hill. He was raised and educated in Piqua and graduated from Cambridge High School in 1961. He enlisted with the USAF in 1961 and honorably served his country until 1985, when he retired at the Minot Air Force Base as a Master Sergeant. In addition, his hobbies included, building model railroads and reading. Ginger especially enjoyed crafts and reading books, card playing, dining and hanging out with family and friends and visiting with anyone with whom she came in contact. We are here to help you create a service that is truly unique to you or the life of your loved one. Grace Griffin, 89, Maddock, formerly of Oberon, died Sunday at a Maddock nursing home. Josephine was born on June 22, 1924, on the family farm near Arlington, SD, to Charles and Polly Armstrong.

Following his military service, Bob worked in several positions with the City of Minot and the ND Highway Department while earning his college degree. He attended seminary, earned a Doctor of Divinity degree, and served as a Pastor for congregations in Texas, Minnesota, Montana, and North Dakota. He retired from his ministry with the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod at age 85. Tom had been a member of Cornerstone Presbyterian Church in Minot, where he served as a church elder, usher and drove the Church van throughout the years.

Ginger Lane Kringen was born on February 27, 1951 in Minot, ND to Kenneth and Jean Kringen. She was raised and educated in Minot and graduated from Minot High School in 1969. As a young adult she began her career as a floral designer at the Minot Air Force Base Flower Shop.
